Report a seller or order problem

Use this form for suspected fraud, non-delivery, misleading listings, or serious seller problems. VannPro reviews reports before taking action.

Buyer protection

VannPro can investigate reports, preserve order evidence, restrict or suspend sellers, and remove access to listings when justified. Product payments currently go to the seller's selected payment provider, so VannPro cannot automatically reverse an external payment. If money recovery is needed, the buyer may also need to use that payment provider's dispute process.
